When my products will be shipped?

- All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched, it takes between 24-48 business hours.

- All our products are shipped on demand (meaning we make them as our orders come in).

- We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped with your tracking code.

How does free shipping works?

Free shipping is for orders over $99.90 and on select items only.

When will I receive my item(s)?

For all Free or Standard Shipping orders please allow up to 2 - 4 weeks delivery time.

For products eligible for all Priority Expedited Shipping orders customers should expect to receive their item(s) in 3 - 5 business days. (not available on some items).

Is international shipping available?

We do offer international shipping.

However please be aware….

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; CoastFX has no control over these charges, nor can Housestok predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Where are my item(s) coming from?

Although our main offices are located in North America, some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia, Germany, United Kingdom and China.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
